What can I do to help you (my specialist knowledge)?

As part of the Customer Advancement team I can support, coax and cajole you into taking consistent (and sometimes small) steps to help you to progress towards your goals. So if you need someone to support you or even nag you then I can help.

I am heavily involved in the AVN training programme for members and have a good overview knowledge of the different tools and resources that you have access to.

My previous jobs have included me managing a team of people and I am passionate about team happiness and motivation particularly its impact of the productivity of your business.

What do I do at AVN Head Office?  

My role within the Customer Advancement Team is to pro-actively contact you to help support you in progressing towards your goals.

I am also often the one who is answering your emails to info@avn.co.uk or answering your calls on the 0845 226 2371 number.

I am also passionate about the need for training and continual learning and am helping to plan the AVN Training Programmes. So if you want any guidance or support in finding the right training solution for you or your team then I would be only too happy to help. 

Fascinating Facts

I have a degree in 3-7 Education and am now doing a HNC in Business and Management.

I love the sea and would love to live in a coastal place when I retire.

I enjoy cross stitch.

I also do a mean karaoke of ‘Mary’s Prayer’ by Danny Wilson.

I have done the Race for Life for Breast Cancer Research.
