I can take over your machine, with your permission, and correct problems while you get on with other work or even while you sit back with your feet up and a cup of coffee and watch the show!

I constantly update the AVN technical support website (www.avn.co.uk/support) with new updates, information, questions, and queries.

What do I do at AVN Head Office?

As one of the AVN programmers I create new software, keep our existing tools up to date, and fix bugs as well as working on our various websites.

When required I answer your technical support calls and emails.

Finally I help to look after our internal I.T. needs helping out the directors when their computers allegedly don’t do as they are asked!

Fascinating Facts

I am a National Trust Volunteer Leader and an RSPB youth leader.

I am passionate about my hobby of Kite Buggying/ Kite Boarding/ Kite Surfing, teaching the sport as well as running the Sheffield Kite Fliers (www.sheffieldkitefliers.co.uk).

I love walking, especially long distanes up and down mountains!

I challenge myself every year to at least one big knackering event that I’ve not done before. These include a half marathon, the 96 mile West Highland Way, and Survival of the Fittest in Edinburgh!

Finally I’m a mean trickster with a Diablo – I’ll happily teach you if you want a go!
