I have been with AVN since June 1999 so I have a full overview of all the tools and resources, and am able to answer most of your questions. 

I have specialist knowledge in System Builder having helped both develop the software and its content – so I can answer pretty much any question on it!

I really love Time’s Up! – I can help you tailor this for your business.

Before joining AVN I worked for Mark Wickersham in his accountancy practice and helped run the first Making it Happen programme.

I have run many Business Edge sessions and can point you to the resources that get you the most ‘brownie points’ with clients.

What do I do at AVN Head Office?  

As the Technical Team Leader, I am responsible for making sure the technical team are focussed on projects that will help us to move towards our vision.

I am passionate about making System Builder better so that you get even greater value out of systemising your practice. I also run System Builder and Times Up training days for members.

I often get involved with new AVN projects, ensuring we have thought of all the issues that need to be addressed.

I am a qualified CIMA accountant.

I’ve walked on hot coals, and broken an arrow on my throat.

I have two wonderful children – Kaden and Chiana – the best kids in the world (according to me!).
