I will help solve your AVN technical problems when you ring or email in for technical support.

I can log onto your machine and take it over (but only ever with your permission) and correct problems while you get on with other work.

I test AVN software – both new and updates – before it is released for use by your team to help prevent any problems occurring when you install the new/updated software.

What do I do at AVN Head Office?  

I am part of the Technical Support Team and therefore answering Support calls and handling Support emails.

I also offer internal technical support to help the team stay up and running in a technical way!!

I order new hardware for the team.

I test new and updated software before it is released to be used by you and your team.

Fascinating Facts  

I am a classical singer.

I have performed on stage at the Chichester Festival Theatre in a musical called Oklahoma – including big solo number – and people actually paid for their tickets!!

I can play the viola (it’s slightly bigger than a violin but it is smaller than a cello).
