What do I do at AVN Head Office?  

Lead the AVN Team. I encourage personal development, initiative, improvisation and innovation.

Keep an eye on our Strategy, ensure we’re on track and whether or not ‘tweaks’ are required.

I’m passionate about leadership and team building. I regularly look to improve my skills by reading or attending courses.

I help McMillan Cancer support as a walking guide helping people achieve extreme walks such as the Yorkshire 3 peaks and 42 mile Lyke Wake Walk.

I’ve walked on hot coals (clumsy me!)

I enjoy motorcycling.

I have 2 amazing children - one of them is a mini-me!
