What can I do to help you (my specialist knowledge)?

I love to be organised and I like to see a job through to its conclusion. To ensure that I do this, I follow and create systems in System Builder.

I work with the admin team to keep the CRM software up to date to ensure your details are always correct and up to date, ready for when you call.

Everyday I find it beneficial to make sure my workload is planned and prioritised in advance.


What do I do at AVN Head Office?

I am part of the Administration Team.

I deal with a lot of important urgent issues at short notice.

I make sure we are giving members the 6 star service we strive for, I track AVN coaches visit reports to ensure this happens.


Fascinating Facts

I love milk!

I enjoy driving, swimming and walking.

I've done ‘Race for Life', a half marathon (a whole 13.1 miles!), and Survival of the Fittest in Edinburgh (10km and 10 obstacles!).

I managed to disloate my knee by walking into a table leg... whoops!
