What can I do to help you (my specialist knowledge)?

As a member of the CATs I can help you use the AVN software you receive as part of your membership.

I have a great first hand knowledge of how to write systems and how to use system builder.

I provide members with training on how to use System Builder, Times Up and OnTrack.

What do I do at AVN Head Office?

I am a member of the CATS (Customer Advancement Team) I am there to help members with any questions or queries.

I currently client manage around 60 members which involves calling on a regular basis to see how things are (nagging rights as we like to call them). I am also there for them at the end of the phone if they need any help with AVN.

If a member requires any help with System Builder, Times Up! or OnTrack I offer to provide extra training over the phone or in person at our head office.

When calling the AVN head office you may hear me answer the phones as a few times a week I answer incoming calls to the office.
