Authorisation to use the AVN Tax pages on the AVN website

The AVN Tax pages of the AVN website give you access to full details of the tax strategies, tools and resources available to you.

Due to the sensitive nature of this information some of our strategic tax partners insist on a non-disclosure agreement being signed in advance. Rather than signing a different agreement with each of our strategic tax partners we have created one global set of documents. The clarification letter explains that AVN Tax LLP uses third-party tax consultants to help AVN members and this letter clarifies the extent to which AVN Tax LLP is liable for any advice. To access the AVN Tax pages on the AVN website your practice will need to have signed each of these documents:

▪  Non disclosure agreement (NDA)
▪  Clarification letter

If your practice has not yet signed both of these documents please download them here and follow the instructions in the “How to complete the key documents” box below. As soon as we receive these documents we will authorise your login details.

How to complete the key documents

  1. Print each document by clicking on the links above. Please note you need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine to read these documents. You can get the latest free at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
  2. Manually write (legibly - ideally in block capitals) your practice name, address and today’s date at the top of each document.
  3. Sign the Clarification letter at the bottom and manually write your practice name after the words “For and on behalf of”.
  4. At the foot of the NDA legibly write your name and practice name after the words “EXECUTED as a deed by.” And sign on the dotted line to the right.
  5. NOTE: If your practice is a limited company or partnership you need two names and signatures on the NDA (either two directors/partners or one director and company secretary).
  6. Post them to AVN Tax LLP (you can also fax them to us on 0845 226 2373 to speed up authorisation for you but you must also post the original documents to us).
  7. As soon as we receive BOTH documents duly signed we will authorise your login details.
