If you are using the latest versions of our software then fax back forms are only needed for machines that do not have access to the internet. This is because the software, if set up correctly, will connect to our server and licence itself.

As an alternative to using the fax back form you can email support@avn.co.uk with the security code, title, and version number of the piece of software and we will contact you with a new code.

Please note that the latest versions of System Builder Business Edition, and the basic SSTW modules will still require manually entering of a security code.
