AVN Roadmap Workshop: Positioning 

Why should someone buy from you? What is it about you that makes them choose you over another firm?

Positioning is all about how the outside world sees you and your practice. It’s about changing peoples’ perceptions and showing very clearly the value you deliver. 

In this session we look at how to position your firm so the world sees you in the way you want to be seen. You’ll define your USP, your ideal client and, crucially, you’ll understand how to attract them through a focused marketing plan.

AVN Roadmap Workshop: Value

How to grow your practice by delivering (and showing) additional value to your clients.

As with Positioning, Value is all about how you are perceived. When you get this right, the price becomes irrelevant. So in this workshop we show you how to demonstrate the value of your services in a way that’s meaningful to your clients and which makes it easier for them to buy from you. Plus how to offer high value services that your clients will happily pay you for.

You’ll start to use the AVN advisory tools, including the PMI system, and we’ll also look at the pricing theory behind Time’s Up.
